You
need to have Version 4.0 or higher of the free Adobe
Reader
in
order to use the "fill-in" feature of the on line application form.
- If you have installed the Acrobat Reader correctly, the file should open in your browser and you should be able to view the PDF document and see the Acrobat Reader tool bar.
- Use
the "tab" key to move through the fields on a form.

Use the mouse to select (click on) a specific field. In order to use the checkboxes on the on line application form, you will need to click the box with the mouse or use the space bar in the field.
- Print your completed application by using the print button on the Adobe Reader toolbar, not the one on your browser
