   TUESDAY, June 22, 2010
      8:30 a.m. - EXECUTIVE SESSION – Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

     a) For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b) regarding the Riverside Subdivision – vested rights;
     b) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding Contract and Grant of Easement between La Plata County and the United States of America acting through the Bureau of Reclamation relating to CR 211.

   10:00 a.m. – PLANNING AGENDA: - The Board will consider:
     * Project #2010-0043, Wagner Class I Second Dwelling;
     * Project #2010-0045, Kerrigan Subdivision Final Plat;
     * Project #2010-0013, Sierra Verde Estates #3 Lots 84 & 85 Lot Consolidation;
     * Project #2009-0079, Vicenti Boundary Adjustment;
     * Project #2010-0047, Zink Amended & Restated Conservation Easement;
     * Routine Administrative Matters.

     Immediately following the Planning Agenda:

    SPECIAL BUSINESS AGENDA:
      * Resolution 2010-33, adopting a new Moratorium for Medical Marijuana Centers, Optional Premises,  Medical Marijuana-Infused Products, Manufacturing Businesses and the Growing of Medical Marijuana by Primary Caregivers, which becomes effective on July 1, 2010.

     3:00 p.m. – The Board will conduct interviews with applicants for the San Juan Basin Board of Health in the Law Library of the La Plata County Courthouse, 1060 E. 2nd Avenue, Durango.

   WEDNESDAY, June 23, 2010
     8:30 a.m. - BOARD DISCUSSION TIME:  The Board will meet among themselves to discuss various issues.

     12:30 p.m. – WORK SESSION: The Board will receive the Colorado Department of Transportation Annual Report from CDOT officials in the Anasazi Room of the La Plata County Courthouse, 1060 E. 2nd Avenue, Durango.
