MONDAY, July 23

4:15 p.m. – The Board has been invited to attend the Colorado Drought Task Force public listening session at the Durango Public Library, 1900 E. 3rd Ave., Durango.

7 p.m. – The Board has been invited to attend a meeting of the La Plata-Archuleta Cattlemen’s Association at the Extension Building of the La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave., Durango.

TUESDAY, July 24

10 a.m. – BUSINESS AGENDA
The Board will consider:

• Consideration of a transfer of a 3.2% off-premises beer license for Roadhouse Market
• Approval of county cash requirements as prepared and posted by the Finance Department and direct staff to publish
• Ratification of a letter of support for Volunteers of America Community Shelter to remain an Enterprise Zone Contribution Project
• Ratification of a letter of support for Mercy Health Foundation to remain an Enterprise Zone Contribution Project
• Approval of an Energy Impact Assistance Fund Grant application for the County Road 318 & 329 mill and overlay project
• Approval of a comment letter requesting National Historic Preservation Act consultation for Vallecito Government Camp
• Approval of a letter of support for a $150,000 "Creating Connections" grant for the Community Health Action Coalition to help decrease loneliness among adults 50 and older by increasing social connectedness
• Approval of the renewal of a hotel and restaurant liquor license for the Rusty Shovel Saloon
• Approval of a temporary modification of premises for the Rusty Shovel Saloon
• Approval of a letter of support for the goals and desires for the Bonita Peak Mining District Superfund Site prepared by the Citizens Superfund Work Group

The Board will consider:

• Approval of an application to renew Durango Organics, LLP medical marijuana optional premises cultivation operation (Durango) license
• Approval of an application to renew Durango Organics, LLP retail marijuana cultivation facility license
• Approval of an application to renew Durango Organics, LLP's retail marijuana store license
• Approval of an application to renew Durango Organics, LLP medical marijuana optional premises cultivation operation (Cortez) license

1:30 p.m. – WORK SESSION: The Board will meet with Connie Clementson, Field Manager of the Tres Rios region of the Bureau of Land Management, and Matt Janowiak, San Juan National Forest District Manager of the Columbine District, to discuss issues of mutual interest in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

WEDNESDAY, July 25

9 a.m. – The Board has been invited to attend the Colorado Dept. of Human Services’ town hall summer planning session at the Durango Public Library, 1900 E. 3rd Ave., Durango.

10:45 a.m. – BOARD DISCUSSION TIME: The Commissioners will meet among themselves and with staff to discuss various issues. An agenda for this meeting will be posted by Tuesday morning at: http://laplatacountyco.iqm2.com/Citizens/calendar.aspx

1 p.m. – PRE-WORK SESSION: The Board will meet with staff to discuss zoning issues in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

10 a.m. – The Board has been invited to attend the quarterly meeting of the Animas River Community Forum at the San Juan Public Lands building, 15 Burnett Court, Durango.
