MONDAY, May 27

La Plata County offices will be closed in observance of Memorial Day. 

TUESDAY, May 28 


The Board will consider: 

  • Approval of county cash requirements as prepared and posted by the Finance Department and direct staff to publish
  • Approval of the renewal of a hotel and restaurant liquor license for Sow's Ear
  • Approval of the renewal of a bed and breakfast liquor permit for Antlers on the Creek Bed & Breakfast
  • Approval of the Intergovernmental Agreement between La Plata County and San Juan County regarding Social Services
  • Approval of a 2019 Colorado Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP) grant application 
  • Approval of a letter of consistency with the consolidated plan for Housing Solutions for the Southwest's application for Low Income Housing Tax Credits for their permanent supportive housing project Espero Apartments
  • Approval of Colorado Department of Transportation State Highway Access Permit for County Road 120 and State Highway 140
  • Consideration of Resolution No. 2019-15 La Plata County Assignment of Private Activity Bond Allocation to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority
  • Consideration of Guaranteed Maximum Price for the remodel of the former armory building at 283 Girard Street 

Immediately following the Business Agenda –


The Licensing Board will consider: 

  • Approval of an application to renew Green Street Dispensary LLC's Retail Marijuana Products Manufacturing Facility license


2 p.m. – The Board has been invited to attend an Affordable Housing: Building Healthy Communities Forum at the Durango Public Library, 1900 E. 3rd Ave., Durango.
