MONDAY, Nov. 18
2:30 p.m. – WORK SESSION: The Board will meet with the Durango City Council and staff for a presentation on homelessness from the Athena Group, in City Council Chambers, 949 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

TUESDAY, Nov. 19
8:30 a.m. – EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:

a) For purposes of the Board receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(b) regarding La Plata County v. Colorado Department of Public Health – Bayfield landfill and Tiffany landfill

10 a.m. – EXECUTIVE SESSION
Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present, the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:
a) Personnel matters pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(f) regarding the  annual performance review for the County Manager and County Attorney

12:30 p.m. - BOARD DISCUSSION TIME: The Commissioners will meet among themselves and with staff to discuss various issues. An agenda for this meeting will be posted by Monday morning at:  http://laplatacountyco.iqm2.com/Citizens/calendar.aspx

WEDNESDAY, Nov. 20
8:30 a.m. – The Board, County Attorney and Administration staff will hold a goal-setting retreat at 1504 E. 3rd Ave., Durango.
3:30 p.m. – The Board will tour the new ACT building with staff, 679 Turner Drive, Durango.
5:30 p.m. – The Board has been invited to attend a 416 Fire Recovery Celebration at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave., Durango.

THURSDAY, Nov. 21
10 a.m. – Commissioner Julie Westendorff will hold office hours for members of the public to meet with her to discuss issues of interest or concern in the county at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Dr., Bayfield.

Noon – The Commissioners have been invited to attend a meeting with Crestina Martinez, Chief of Staff to Lieutenant Governor Primavera, to discuss food assistance.
