How can I get a copy of a case report?

You can come to the Sheriff's Administrative Office at 742 Turner Drive in Durango on Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. You will be asked to fill out an Application for the Release of Public Records form.   Usually, only cases in which the criminal reports have been closed can be released to the public. Customers must show photo identification.

There is a charge of $1 for the first page of the report and $.50 for each additional page.
