How do I apply for a driveway access permit or a right-of-way construction permit?
Applications for a driveway access permit or a right-of-way construction permit are available from the La Plata County Engineering Department, 1060 Main Avenue, Suite 104, Durango. Or you may call 970-382-6372 and we will be happy to mail you the appropriate form. Depending on your circumstances, you may be required to have an access permit in order to obtain a building permit.
