BoCC Communications Plan
Purpose:
The La Plata County Board of County Commissioners has established this communications plan in an effort to improve communication with the public and employees on policy issues as well as inform and educate county residents about County programs and services. This plan sets forth our goals and aspirations for 2009.
Desired Outcomes:
To share the Board’s vision as to strategic issues facing the County and other policy matters; to improve communication between the Board and our constituents; and to ensure that the public and our employees have factual information. Staff Support: Joanne Spina, Assistant County Manager, will assist the Board in fulfilling these goals.
