Civil Paper Service
Papers to be served in La Plata County only should be brought or mailed to the La Plata County Sheriff's Office at 742 Turner Drive, Durango, CO 81303. Information needed to serve a person include a physical address and a place of employment. Civil papers are served Monday-Thursday. Fees are listed below and must be paid before any attempts of serving papers will be made.
