How to report child abuse and neglect.
Before you contact us please provide as much of the following details as possible in regard to the child(ren), you are concerned about. It is important for you to provide as much information as possible to ensure the safety and welfare of the individuals involved.
We need the following information:
- The child’s full name,
- age,
- date of birth,
- parents full names,
- family’s home address,
- family's phone number
- and specifics concerns of abuse/neglect.
