MONDAY, April 29
3:30 p.m. – CCAT Property Tax Legislation Meeting
Members of the Board will attend the Counties & Commissioners Acting Together (CCAT) virtual meeting to discuss political and legislative updates.

TUESDAY, April 30
8:00 a.m. – First Annual Southwest Housing Summit
The Board will attend the First Annual Southwest Housing Summit, hosted by the Regional Housing Alliance of La Plata County. The event will be held at the Doubletree Hotel at 501 Camino Del Rio in Durango.

11:30 a.m. – Tribal Broadband Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Members of the Board will attend the Broadband Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to commemorate the business activation of the new Ignacio fiber network. The event will be held at 256 Ute Road in Ignacio.

WEDNESDAY, May 1
8:30 a.m. – Board Discussion Time 
The Commissioners will meet with staff in the Board Room to discuss various issues. An agenda for this meeting will be posted by Tuesday morning at: http://laplatacountyco.iqm2.com/Citizens/calendar.aspx

THURSDAY, May 2
4:00 p.m. – Commissioner Salka Bayfield Community Office Hours
Commissioner Matt Salka will hold in-person office hours in Bayfield from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for members of the public to discuss county issues of interest or concern. Commissioner Salka’s office hours will be held at the Pine River Public Library located at 395 Bayfield Center Drive in Bayfield.

FRIDAY, May 3
1:00 p.m. – CCAT Final Policy Committee Meeting
The Board will attend the virtual Final Policy Committee Meeting with Counties & Commissioners Acting Together (CCAT).

4:15 p.m. – Farewell Ceremony for Tom Stritikus
Members of the Board have been invited to a celebration honoring Fort Lewis College President, Tom Stritikus, for his successful leadership and bid him farewell. The event will be held in the Ballroom of the Student Union Center at 1000 Rim Drive in Durango.

SATURDAY, May 4
9:00 a.m. – Fort Lewis College Commencement Ceremony
Members of the Board will attend the Fort Lewis College commencement ceremony in the Student Life Center at 1000 Rim Drive in Durango.
